IAC or IAC circuit 850 1993

The car has been pretty much neglected and I'm just trying to get everything up to snuff. The primary issue at this point is that the engine will spontaneously die and then may or may not restart without pause.

I just replaced the MAF,filter,sparks and cables. Problem remains. I'm going to recheck error codes tonight when I get home but I was testing parts to see what is in and what is out of spec.

The IAC buzzes continuously when the key is in the on position, which I never noticed before. I tested and got the results I posted. I don't know if this is normal or if there is something else I should look at. I was reading about cleaning the IAC but I need a special crimp tool to reinstall the hose clamps so I was waiting for the weekend to look at that.
