Should I buy another S70, or a 960/S90 or something else?

You best bet would be a '98 S70 T5 or R, 240+ hp, these came with the mechanical throttle, so you're not at the mercy of the dealer with the electronic throttle.

The other choice would be a '02 or newer S60 turbo. Avoid '99-'01 models
