850 starting issues 850 1994

My 1994 is having some starting issues. It occassinally will turn over and over and not start. Then if I turn the key off, then try again and it will start. I checked the A6 codes and get 1-1-1. I have read over several posts and it seems like it may be the cam sensor. If so, is that something I can replace myself? I looked on Bay 13, but did not see any "how to", but might have overlooked it. Thanks.
