Cannot start the engine 850

This usually happens when I try starting the engine approx. 12 hours after I run the engine for a very short period (i.e. 15sec). I use the car almost everyday and usually I don't have a problem starting the engine. It only happens for example, when I move the car from a garage to a driveway the night before.
When it happens, I have to keep cranking for a minute with the pedal fully floored. After the engine fires up, it runs without any problem. It never dies and I believe that the mileage is normal (21mpg - 25mpg HWY).
