intermittent starts V70-XC70 2000

Let me know if you solve the problem or wind up selling the car. I have same issue with 2000 s70 turbo and 70,000 miles. Runs fine and normally starts fine. Always starts fine in morning. Intermittant hestitation or no crank in the late afternoon. It has to be electric related, a weak or sticky sesor or relay, but which one? Maybe cam postion sensor? If you correct it let me know.
