Probably the driver's door switchpack. I bought a new one on eBay for $75 or so. I haven't seen many available on eBay, so I got lucky.

You can just pop the old one out and replace it with the new one. If you are at all mechanically inclined, replacement is a breeze. It could save you some bucks!
