1) What happens after that a/c konks out on you? How long does it take before it works again, and/or does turning the car off affect the recovery time?

2) Did you recharge the a/c and if so, how long ago and w/ how much refrigerant (ballpark)?

I'm right in the middle of the same troubleshoot and have a few theories . . .
