Donut Replacement 850 1995

Anyone,

I have a 70 mile commute that has been tough on my tires with allot of flats. My donut is actually showing wear and it is not safe to drive in the city ( New Orleans) or interstate.I have a perfectly good leftover tire that i want to put on a 5 lug steel rim and use for a spare. I contacted used wheel shops, junk yards, local dealer, Indy mechs etc and can not find a Volvo steel wheel! Question: where would I locate one with out getting ripped off & paying a rediculous handling and mailing cost.
