Blown Disk on intake manifold V70-XC70

Are you talking about the plug that fits into the vaccuum hole on the passenger side of the engine head? If so, mine blew out too, indy mechanic put it back in and "peened" over the edge of the hole to keep it from popping back out. I posted here about it and got several similar responses. Mine has been fine for 50,000 miles or so since then. I have a 1998 V70 T-5 with the Upsolute Chip.
