Lilitch--my vote is the switch. I had the exact same problem with my 240 (same switches). The window would go down and then not up. First the passenger side, then the rear back, then the driver's side. On the old 240 you had switches by each door, as well as the command module on the side. When the command module switch failed, the single switch on the door would raise it. The problem is that the little point contacts inside the switch get fried after a while, and you have to disassemble the switch and take your trusty Swiss jack knive and scrape the contacts. The switch is a rocker arm with a little ball bearing on the inside, and when you take it apart you will see the little contact rocker arm and that the two points of contact are black. Scrape them with your knife and reassemble. It may take a set of tweezers to drop the little ball bearing back in it's place, but it doesn't take a rocket scientist to do it. When you have the whole switch module out, take apart ALL the switches and clean the contacts. If you don't, you will be doing it again within six months when another switch fails. Some one the the 850 board told me though that the wires to the switches are soldered in and don't use a plug like on the 240's. I've never had my 850 center console set of switches out, so I don't know. At any rate, even if the wires are soldered in, you can still disassemble the switch without disconnecting it. Very unlikely that the electric motor in the door has failed. Clean the switches, and then if the window still doesn't come up, take a close look at the motor. Dick
