heavy vibration when braking 850

it happens at low speeds. ill be going 40 and traffic will slow down, and ill push the brakes. they are quite until im going very slow, less than 10mph. its when i keep my foot on the brake, and if i let up it goes away. also, i think it happens only when the cars warmed up. it happens more frequently during the day than at night, also it dosnt seem to happen when i first drive the car in the mornings.
