Just follow "hamfisted"s advice, but bear in mind that it's possible that a small load may not make a fuse noticeably warm, but can still run the battery down overnight. In that case, you'll have to track down the culprit.

This is such a common problem in this world of electronic automotive systems, that there are a few products on the market which monitor the voltage of the battery at all times, and if it falls below a certain level (somewhere around 10.5 volts), they disconnect the battery automatically (requiring a manual "reset"), preserving enough power to start the car.
