Bypassing Neutral Safety Switch 200

I have a 1983 240 sedan with automatic transmission. The neutral safety switch is worn out; half the time I have to jiggle the shifter while I am turing the ignition key to start the car. Is there a quick and easy key to bypass the neutral safety switch? I don't care if the starter will turn in any gear, so long as it will turn.
