Yea if its like the 740 non EGR Remove the Throttle body and IAC then with a 10mm break then bolts loose a little and unscrew them with your hand. Its only about a 2 hour job . While you do this clean the trottle body and AIC. Also did you clean the big hose that went to the flame trap to the throttle body ?
mine was clogged. when you reassmble the flame trap use a zip tie to hold the two pieces together better.
