No More wobble 900

Thanks to those who responded to my earlier post. If I wasn't told about the nub on the sproket, I would have never seen it. It is a very small nub. Works like a charm now. Thanks again. Now I just have to replace my sway bar links and I'll have the my brick back.

No More wobble 900

Were you able to torque the pulley bolt to spec?

Stage 1: 44 ft lbs
Stage 2: Tighten an additional 60° bolt/breaker rotation

If not, you may be in for more trouble later.

I recommend the Rope Trick to counterhold the crankshaft for loosening and tightening the bolt.

I actually purchased the counterhold tool from FCP GROTON...it made the job so much easier when I removed and replaced all the pullies. It gives you great leverage. I recommend it to anyone that does there own TB work and such. I think it was $45 US but it save a ton of my time and energy. Well worth it.
