hot stall battery not keeping charge, seems to be when its hot? new alternator, and new battery 200

Check the alternator ground. The alt should be producing 13.8-14.5 volts. Check the out put from the back of the alt to see if it's higher than at the battery posts. If it's within spec there's a problem in the connections betwen the battery and atl causing a voltage drop. The strange light and guage behavior is the result of low voltage as the battery drains.
