I would take the pulley off and remove the rear timing cover from the head. You can them put the pulley back on if it is helpful for lifting it.
I usually use a 14mm 6-point wrench and tap it with a hammer to free the bolt. An impact wrench will work well for this too if you have one at your disposal.
The pulley has a locating pin, so you won't screw it up. Note any shims and washers behind the pulley. If the timing cover is cracked, melted, or in more than 1 piece, replace it. FCP sells them, I don't have the part numbers handy.
Taking the intake off should be pretty reasonable. You'll have to pop a few connectors off of sensors under the intake. There's the big bracket for the IAC to remove as well. Pull your dipstick(s) and cover the tube(s)- you're likely to break it moving this stuff around. Ask me how I know this.
Soak the exhaust manifold nuts multiple times with PB Blaster or similar to help them come apart without fuss. Good luck with it!
