91 240 Wont start help. 200

First thing with a 91 no start, check the cam is moving. Take a mental picture of one of the lobes through the oil filler, crank, and compare. Surely they usually fail while you're driving in a bad neighborhood, but it is simple to check.

Next is the fuel pump relay which you've covered, followed by the FI fuse (#6) and then on to verify spark (coil wire to strut mount stud). Have spark? Jumper between fuse #4 and #6 to run the pumps. Hear pumps? Good, try starting now. If still no start, try with AMM disconnected. If it did start, without disconnecting the AMM, then maybe your -561 ECU stopped energizing the fuel pump relay.
