Hello. Does anyone out there have a suggestion for lubricant for the headlight adjusters? I have the entire assembly out and the shaft where it attaches to the head light is "stuck". The bevel gears work fine. The back of the adjuster shaft (square part) rotates. The threaded part of the shaft that passes through the backing plate rotates, Only the "ball joint" end of the shaft where is attaches to the head light assembly is "stuck".
Any Ideas ?

    I freed mine up with PBlaster, then lubed the whole thing with a clear synthetic grease. You may find you have to remove the headlight assembly to gain access to the mechanism and keep from breaking it.

      Thanks for the information. I was afraid to use the PBlaster as it contains petroleum distallates. I've had very BAD experiences using petroleum on plastics.
      I already have both assemblies out.
