Thank God you've seen the light on this one...Gary was dead on, a 15X7 with no offset with a tire mounted is too wide. You have to have more wheel spaced to the back of the mounting surface than to the front, the stock offset is 1". I've widened a set of steel wheels (not banded, but new rims mounted to Volvo centres) and had them powder coated for a total of $100 a wheel.
