Gas in the Tank is good. But is it getting to the Plugs? Pull 1 or 2 after a few seconds of futile cranking to see if the tips are wet. If yes, that confirms several things as being OK (see sequence below).
Has the Crank Position Sensor been replaced? If not, it could be overdue and is inexpensive ($30±). That's where the following series of events begin....
!) CPS sends pulses to EZK Ignition CU
2a) EZK uses CPS pulses to time Power Stage "triggering" at Coil terminal 1
2b) EZK also propagates CPS pulses to LH ECU as timing pulses
3) Pulses from EZK allow LH ECU to energized the Fuel relay
4) Fuel Relay has two relays inside, "Main and Fuel" (Main rarely fails, but...)
4a) "Main" relay powers LH ECU, AMM, and Injectors
4b) "Fuel" relay powers pumps and O2 sensor heater
Possibilities include
A) CPS problems (nothing works)
B) EZK OK (Fuel pumping) but no spark from coil? Suspect Power Stage
C) Spark but bad Fuel relay (main) = no FI activity, fuse 4-6 jumper no help
D) Spark but bad Fuel relay (pump) = fuse 4 to 6 jumping should allow start.
