Battery discharged with key off 700 1990

When I first got my 90 780, I put a good battery in it, then let it sit for about a week before I tried it again, at which time I found it was completely dead. After recharging the battery, I attempted to track down the current drain. I found a draw of approximately 25 milliamps with the key off. (does anyone know how much is normal?) I then proceeded to remove each fuse, one by one, in search of where it was going. As expected, part of it was on fuse #5 (clock, radio memory, power locks, interior lights etc.) but, curiously, each of the power seats seemed to be drawing about 1.5 mA, and one or two other fuses also had a similar reading. But wait----it gets weirder. Even when I took ALL the fuses out of the fusebox, there was still a drain of about 2.5 mA. I didn't remove the fuses for the air bag and the ABS, because I couldn't find them, but why would either of those circuits be drawing current with the key off? Has anyone ever seen anything like this before?
