your fan motor bushings are asking for lubrication, which is not easy unless you are willing to drill two holes right behind the center stack.
read everything you need to know here and follow the Lubricate link from that page for instructions.

in my experience, you need a pair of long clippers with sponge soaked with oil on the end to deliver the oil to the motor bushings through the drilled holes.
