ah.. I think you guys are being harsh because the end user is an insurance company...

The fella making the request is a representative of the ad agency hired by said insurance company. I can't speak for him or the company, but it sounds reasonable, and it sounds like he's willing to work with the owner of the car gets used...

As for the insurance company in question.. ah. I'm not fond of insurance companies, but the one mentioned covers my cars, and in the one claim I've had to file, they went above and beyond what I thought they were obligated to.

Surely others have had different experiences, but based on the limited information posted thus far... I say no harm no foul.
