Buying a 1983 Volvo 244 turbo 200

I bought my 242 from the VA, TN area. It had no rust at 235Kmiles.
BTW I paid $200. It needed a new heater motor (something to check) and new wiring harness (really hard to check unless you know where to look, check the wiring from the oil pressure switch and back of alternator, typically the insulation has fallen off or will crumble in your hand).
All can be fixed, except the rust.
