That code is for the loss of signal from the O2 sensor you might clean the electrical connectors, clear the codes and see if they come back.

Pull a spark plug is it wet or sooty (rich).
Smell the vacuum hose from the fuel pressure regulator, gas odor?
Place a screw driver on each injector with the handle up to your head, do you hear injectors clicking?
