Yes, more or less :-).
The 240's nominal offset is 20mm, which you'll find on its standard 14 inch (5.5 inch wide) wheels as well the 240 turbo's 15 inch (6.0 inch wide) wheel (Virgo).
I have a 700/900's 16-inch Hydra wheels (6.5 inch wide), which are 25mm offset and fit fine (Volvo dealer's wheel alignment had no trouble with it, as well), and are worth looking for in a junkyard.
