Sure. It is under the hood at the intake manifold.

At the extreme left side of this pic, you see a 2" long 3/8" hose leading from a uppermost nipple on the manifold. The white/black plastic valve keeps the vacuum flowing the correct direction, if you can digest the nonsense of that concept. Take the valve apart (gently) and wash it.
