I think the fuse was taken out for '92.
I would clean the contacts on the AMM and the Idle control Valve.

But moisture like this. Is usually Tune up/ignition stuff.

Is the Cap seated on the distributor properly?
The wire from the coil rubs on Power steering hoses and other stuff, make sure that hasn't worn a flat spot on the insulation.
Push all the wires down on the distributor, they can creep up
