Motor mount failures will be noticeable while driving when you hear a clunking. Clunking may be caused for other reasons, so to confirm look for these:
- Tips of fan blades will show wear.
- Bottom of fan shroud will show wear and in a worse case, holes.
- Front-bottom of oil pan may be closer or in contact with sway bar.
- Oil filter may be supporting engine. Have you changed your oil lately? You won't be able to remove the filter.
- Crossmember under oil pan has a rubber bumper. Is the oil pan very close on resting on the rubber bumper?
- Mounts may show failure as well. Rubber of mount may actually be sheared, that is, split through its diameter or under the metal plate.

Not much in Bentley. Do search on BB. I've used the method of engine support using a 4x4 over the engine with the ends of the 4x4 resting on fenders and connecting to engine hoist point at thermostat housing. I can use a bottle jack to manipulate engine angle to align bolts of brackets to engine block. Should be lots of tips in BB.
