I'd add the fuel pump relay on to the list.

I would also make sure the in-tank pump is working.

Yep, 90's still had the 25a fuse on the fender-wall. I would highly recommend swapping to a water-tight fuse holder. (best $3 I ever spent on my brick)

You might want to check for fault codes as well.
