It may be worth more in parts but time is money too.Take the first reasonable offer and move on,maybe $700.The car still has rust issues and who knows what else is going to happen.Do you really have the time and energy to remove a rear end, tranny, motor, etc. Then shipping or waiting for someone to come pick up the parts.Sell it whole and move on.I recently sold my 92 240 with no rust, great interior, but the car had piston slap.It still ran great, just made a lot of noise.I sold it for $400.The new owner is now switching out the engine.I also sold my 87 240 perfect paint,interior,170k.Very clean car,no rust, bilsteins, many new parts,$1500.The car was a beauty.Too many cars. Now I'm working on a 92 240.Don't sell parts unless you have a place to store everything, the time to wait for your money and you like having a carcass to look at.
