you also need to enclose it in angle brackets and start with img src=


Example is: start with the < then immediately follow with the text (no spaces)

img src='http://i198.photobucket.com/albums/aa68/xxxphoto/pic123.jpg'

Then the immediately follow with the > symbol




(of course that is a fake photo address but you probably got the idea.)
