I would keep my eye on it. The attached picture is of a Meyle tie rod end on my 1987 745T. When the picture was taken, the tie rod end was one year old, and failing for moisture getting inside and ruining the joint. Hopefully the rubber is of better quality now. The picture was taken a few years ago.
