Yes, Trani off, flywheel off.
Then you have two options.
You can knock out the old seal from the housing and tap in a new one (ten minutes after the Flywheel is off) OR you can take the Housing off, tap in a new seal and check for perfect alignment in the housing then , with a new gasket, put the housing back on. Teh advantage here is that if teh Crank is a bit rusty, you can get at it easily to clean it.
It does not take long at all. This is a solid round seal that straddles over the Crank. It is not like American car engines where you need to drop the oil pan and sneak a rope seal up and over the crank.
