Hi there,
I had the exact same symptoms you described in the last 10 days. Would not re-start when hot, which made a trip to the grcery store a nightmare (still wintertime here and cold!). Would only re-start once the engine had cooled down after 60-70 minutes. No OBD faulty signals either.
I had checked coil, both RSR relays, Fuel pump relay, powerstage. My sparkplugs were clean. Plug wires, sparkplugs, distributor: all one year old.
Next to check according to 700 FAQ was the ECT, then the fuel pump itself.
The ECT (engine coolant temperature sensor) was the problem. I bought a new one, and it took around 25 minutes (and a small antifreeze spill) to repair.
Car now restarting anywhere, anytime, like a champ.
Good luck.
