The FAQ's were my guide but it honestly is simple as can be.
Buy:
Spare Brake Res cap (junk yard $1.50)
4-quart Garden Sprayer (Home Depot $11.50)
1/4" barb to 1/4" NPT plastic fitting (Home Depot $1.50 ish)
Do:
Do the first 2-3 assembly instructions for the sprayer...basically until you have the dip tube installed and 1/4" OD hose coming out of it.
Drill a 1/4" hole in the middle of your spare res cap. Thread the 1/4" fitting into the hole. In my case I did three wraps of gas-approved (yellow) Teflon tape just to make my life easier...it seals gaps and makes the threading easier. You could put a hose clamp inside to hold the NPT end in place, but I did not bother.
Attach the res cap in place of your normal res cap. Heat the 1/4" tube from the garden sprayer...hot water works best but a lighter works as well...slide it onto the barb fitting on the res cap. You could use a hose clamp here but I did not.
Fill the sprayer with Dot 4, give it about 10-15 pumps and open a bleeder. You will need to keep the sprayer level or tilted toward the pick-up tube. You will have to give it a few pumps every now and then. You are likely to need slightly more than a quart of dot 4 for a full flush.
