940 No Start 900

"The tach does not move when cranking. Seems like the injectors are not operating."

Failure of the RSRelay (or ground for its coil) will kill voltage to the injectors, and to the coil (no tach) if the motor is a B230FT turbo.

Try bypassing the RSR with a jumper wire connecting the 2 larger wires (Red and Green)[Red and Green/Red if not a turbo] at the RSR connector plug.
