I was in the market recently and could not find a swivel flange downpipe anywhere to mate with my swivel flange cat. In the end I just got the downpipe/cat kit from IPD figuring that the cat was bound to go sooner or later (it was quite old and very rusty). I believe the IPD kit is a starla downipe and bosal cat. I'm happy with it so far.
