It's great if you are the one receiving the 5k!

I got lucky and got $750 for my 90 with 300k on it. At least I thought so.... recently I haven't seen a 240 in Craigslist here in Mass. for under $2k unless it is in really bad shape.

I believe 240's are worth more on both coasts. Particularly in the N.W. and N.E.
