1976 Volvo 242 - $4000 (Hadley) 200 1976

Looks shiny from the images:

Now, wot's the real story?

I guess it has the 14" Corona wheels?

The 76 and 77 come without the frequency valve thingy it has a larger diameter venturi in the K-jet air metering plate thingy (as I forget what it's called).

$4000? Oh, for that, it must be utterly pristine. I'm sure a good diagnosis would reveal wear item issues and the like. The BW35 auto tranny is not so efficient, but if the nostalgia whelms you, well then, there's your 242!

Hmmm, I still miss my 242s (76 242 DL and 79 242 GT). My fave Volvo 240 body. So few left. Wah.

cheers,

Egg-nog boyeeeeeeee.
