Good luck on the door panels. They are NLA/Obsolete from the dealer. I'm thinking about trying to fab up the lower portion for some of the 242's that I have...

For the speedo, try Speedometer.com, in Austin. Rick's a good guy, and will guarantee his work for a year. Should run a bit over $100. I used to work for him (doing his BMW speedos) and he runs a tight ship. He'll have you back up and running fast.
