Andre,

I don’t think that your gas mileage is that bad. Your temperatures are what would be considered the dead of winter in Boston and my gas mileage is at 18 mpg on the highway then and about 29 in the summer time. Perhaps it is just the sudden rise in fuel prices that is making us all take notice of our fuel consumption.
