I ended up going with some cheap Falkens from discounttiredirect.com and got them in 185/65/15. Ended up costing $264 shipped which was about $40 cheaper than Tirerack.com. Got the tires on and they fit great! Painted the wheels while they were off the car and I think the nicest looking part of this car now is the wheels and tires! lol Amazingly, it drives much better with these tires on it. So much so that my girlfriend wanted to take it for a spin.

Appreciate the great info from this site, it's a real gem for green Volvo folks like myself!
