91 240 timing belt or timing issue? 200 1991

Hello-
I hope all your volvos are running well.

I replaced two timing belts late last year on a 83 240 and
a 90 240 and all went well.

Recently I replace the timing belt on my 91 and now the
car seems to skip a beat on take off and idles low/skips when
at a standstill, almost to the point of stalling.

I have checked the three marks and they are spot on. I removed
the belt and set it again just incase it was wrong and the skip
is still there.

Is there anything else I should keep an eye open for?
