The pulley you are asking about is called a harmonic balancer, it was first installed on B230's starting in 85.

B230 has the black valve cover gasket and plastic timing belt covers. B23 has a natural aluminum cover for both.

THe power steering pump looks like older ones installed on pre 86 engines.

This engine is not original to an 84.
