Yes, your wiring harness needs work, but..

"No lights, no accessories, no nothing."

Maybe your battery isn't holding its charge. Take it in for testing. Or charge it and see if it holds the charge overnight.

"Battery/alternator test perfectly fine with the multimeter."

What are the voltages at the battery with and without the engine running?
