Two things: 5w-30 oil in 240. Best sealer for #1 and 5 cam bearing cap.

Thinner weight oil could mean more valvetrain noise. It could also increase oil consumption. IMHO - I'd stick with 10w-40 in a b230f engine. Especially since you don't live in a cold climate.
