Turbo 740/s with LH 2.2 have a fuel pump cut out switch mounted adjacent to the EZK (spark computing unit) under the dash. When the boost pressure is too high, the switch cuts power to the fuel pumps. If the hose to the wastegate actuator is broken, the engine will over boost, and the fuel pump pumps will cut out. When the boost drops from a lack of fuel, the switch will close and the fuel pumps will run, and away you go with a lot of boost until the switch again cuts out the fuel pumps. This is probably the bucking you describe. Check for the hose to the wastegate actuator to be broken or disconnected.
Could you turn off the caps lock? All capitals is like yelling. Thanks.
