You can easily find the smooth nylon seat belt material, but A) it is the wrong thickness for the early non-retractable seat belts and B) only a licensed and bonded seat belt repair shop should do the rewebbing for 2 reasons.

1) They will have the correct thickness material.
2) They will use the correct thread and stitch patterns that meet FMVSS specifications.

The cost is $75.00 for each belt to be rewebbed as long as your seat belt hardware, the spring loaded handle and end pieces attached to the belt, is reusable.
